WHAT IS IT ABOUT We are collaborating with a hand picked homeowners and investors in Europe and Asia since 2012. They have a portfolio of upscale and large properties as their second or third home, which we market and manage as exclusive luxury short term rental homes. WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT (in comparison to ONEFINESTAY OR HOSTMAKER) Homeowners and investors in our network receive a fixed monthly payout for their properties. The agreed payout is independent from any Vacation rental season or extenuating circumstances. EXPANSION We are about to expand over the coming months and are looking for property owners / investors in these favorable locations: London (3-6 bedroom apartments) Rome (3-6 bedroom apartments) Bali (7-12 bedroom Villas) Philippines (5-12 bedroom Villas) Phuket (5-12 bedroom Villas) Koh Samui (5-12 bedroom Villas) Sri Lanka (7-12 bedroom Villas) Vietnam (5-12 bedroom Villas) Cambodia (5-12 bedroom Villas) TASK Your task is to win property owners in those countries to join our exclusive network They own Villas or apartments as their second or third home They are interested to hand it over to use it for short term rentals under our full management. AGAIN - WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT? In comparison to our competitors - we consider complete refurbishments and even construction work on our own costs! - in case the property has potential to perform on the short term rental market the owner considers a long term contract (minimum 5 Years) To fulfill the high expectations of our target groups we ensure highly maintained properties (on our costs) and offer services which guests usually experience in 5star hotels. (Our current properties can be visited, owners can be reached for references), HOW After you proposed a contact to a property owner or developer, our team will inspect the property to be able to provide an offer to the owner As soon as a management contract is signed your commission of 1500 USD per property will be released. *In case you have an interesting property in a different country - please provide more information.
