Job Type: Part-Time / Commission-Based Hours: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM EST and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST Location: Remote (Overseas) Compensation: Guaranteed weekly draw: $250 Commission: 7% on all inbound and online lead sales 8% on all cold-call generated sales Additional flat weekly stipend for scheduling surveys (paid on top of draw and commissions) This is a commission-only role with a guaranteed draw and scheduling stipend About the Role We are looking for a motivated, professional Virtual Sales Representative to handle: Inbound phone calls Online leads submitted through our CRM Outbound cold calling from a provided contact list (during slower inbound hours) Scheduling in-home and virtual sales surveys for outside representatives and large moves Maintaining accurate CRM notes and follow-up tasks This is a performance-based role for someone who enjoys selling, building rapport, and working in a fast-paced environment. Schedule You will work two daily blocks: Morning: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM EST Evening: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST During the 5PM–9PM shift, when inbound volume is lower, your primary focus will be outbound cold calling and follow-up. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls professionally and convert inquiries into booked jobs Respond to and close online leads from the CRM Conduct outbound cold calls from provided lists Qualify prospects and book sales appointments Schedule surveys for field and virtual sales reps Update CRM with accurate notes, call outcomes, and next steps Meet daily and weekly sales activity and revenue targets Requirements Previous sales and call center experience at least 5 years (required) Strong English communication skills (neutral accent preferred) Confident on the phone with strong objection handling Experience using a CRM (or quick to learn) Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace Comfortable working on commission with performance expectations Compensation Structure $250 weekly guaranteed draw (recoverable against commissions) 7% commission on inbound and CRM lead sales 8% commission on cold-call sales Flat weekly bonus for scheduling and coordinating surveys Opportunity to earn well above the draw based on performance To Apply Please include: A brief summary of your sales experience Your previous inbound and outbound calling experience Your internet speed and equipment A short voice recording (optional but preferred) introducing yourself and your sales style We are looking for someone long-term who wants to grow, earn based on performance, and be part of a professional sales team.
