The primary goal is to engage potential clients using a concise script, handle objections effectively, and set follow-up appointments to advance the sales process. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective commercial insurance clients using a provided short script. Participate in one-on-one sessions with the team leader before and after shifts to review call strategies and objection handling. Update the CRM system accurately with call outcomes, notes, and follow-up actions. Send follow-up emails as needed based on call results. Maintain a resilient attitude by quickly moving on after rejections to maximize call volume. Expected Skills and Qualifications Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in insurance or related sales fields. Familiarity with CRM usage and updating customer records. Strong objection handling and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively and accept feedback during coaching sessions.
