We are a leading website builder platform working in the global market. We are looking for an energetic, multi-tasking technical chat and phone support specialist. The agent must be familiar with the Internet world, and particularly with the website builder field. Requirements: Must: ✅Experience and understanding of the website building field. ✅Proven Experience of customer service/sales experience via live chat. ✅Excellent communication, analytical, listening and organizational skills. ✅Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers. ✅Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. ✅Knowledgeable of social media applications, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. ✅Competent in MS office and web browser environments. ✅English level - Fluent/Native in both writing and speaking ✅A team player with excellent communication skills. Advantages: ✅Sales experience. ✅Additional languages. ✅Knowledge of HTML and CSS. ✅Experience with other website builder platforms. Responsibilities: ✅Provide a positive customer experience for our customers. ✅Resolve queries of the customers through chat (and also e-mail). ✅Provide basic support via incoming calls.
