About the Role We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Specialists! Key Responsibilities Handle company requests via chat, email, and occasionally calls. Qualifications/Requirements Fluency in Arabic and English is a must. Proficiency in at least one of the following languages is required: French, Spanish, Portuguese, Farsi (Persian), Urdu, Turkish, Russian, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Bahasa (Indonesian), Malay, Thai, or Vietnamese. Strong writing and communication skills. Capability to work efficiently under pressure. Salary and Benefits Base pay: Approximately €600/month, based on working hours (€3.75/hour). Work schedule: 2 working days / 2 days off (12 hours/day). Performance bonuses: €75 for meeting quality standards. €40 for team performance.
