*Please only apply if you are located in Australia or New Zealand* We are hiring a new virtual call center agent based in Australia or New Zealand to help with our Australian, New Zealand, and US-based patients. We are seeking an experienced, empathetic, and enthusiastic customer support agent that is willing to learn about the medical research industry and help patients get involved in clinical trials! Our mission is to help as many patients as possible and help bring new medical treatments to the market. This position will play a key role in building relationships with patients and learning about the medical research industry. Your duties include texting, emailing, and calling potential participants for clinical trials, and running through pre-screening questions to determine whether the referral meets the criteria for the research study. All of our leads and patients are warm and would have signed up for a phone call from us via our social media advertising. You will communicate regularly with clinic staff, checking in for feedback on the campaigns, and addressing and resolving any issues with a high level of efficiency. We provide full training, your industry knowledge will continuously expand so this is a wonderful opportunity for personal development and to work in a role that gives you job satisfaction. Please note that this is a "take-home" wage at $20-22 an hour based on experience- after freelancing fees have been deducted.
