About the Role Get Started Ventures is a global venture studio based in Riyadh, launching high-potential startups across fintech, AI, travel, ERP, and marketing. We’re designing the future of startup creation through a repeatable model, founder support, and international expansion. We build from scratch, move fast, and execute with precision. We’re hiring a Venture Builder Lead to join our founding studio team on an equity-only basis. You’ll be responsible for building new startups from idea to launch—and shaping the blueprint of how ventures are built inside Get Started. Key Responsibilities Ideation & Validation Source, evaluate, and refine venture ideas based on industry insights, tech trends, and founder pain points Conduct deep research on markets, problems, user behavior, and competition Run validation experiments (e.g., landing pages, waitlists, interviews, pilot programs) to test assumptions Build lean canvases and early product concepts to shape direction Business Design & Strategy Define value propositions, positioning, and go-to-market strategies Design monetization models, pricing strategies, and financial forecasts Lead business model sprints, partner explorations, and channel development Co-create brand and narrative direction with creative and product teams Product & MVP Launch Define MVP features, UX flows, and technical priorities Collaborate with UX/UI, product design, and engineering to build early prototypes and pilots Project manage sprints from concept through live release Create feedback loops, analyze usage data, and iterate based on traction Team Formation & Leadership Identify and recruit early-stage co-founders, operators, and core hires Define equity splits, roles, and performance expectations Work closely with HR, Legal, and Finance to formalize team structure Serve as interim CEO/founder until a permanent leadership team is installed Fundraising & Investor Readiness Prepare investor decks, one-pagers, and due diligence materials Build financial models, cap tables, and scenario analyses Support pitch meetings with the studio’s capital partners and external investors Manage data rooms and closing workflows for pre-seed/seed rounds Operations, Legal & Launch Readiness Set up corporate entities, studio-venture agreements, and IP assignments Establish operational tools, CRM, project management, and reporting systems Coordinate early legal, compliance, and tech infrastructure with CCSO team Oversee GTM execution, marketing assets, and soft-launch or beta programs Playbook & Studio Growth Document processes, frameworks, and insights into venture-building playbooks Mentor junior venture builders or future founders in the studio Collaborate with the Chief Builder Officer to improve pipeline, filtering, and decision-making models Contribute to portfolio reviews, venture performance assessments, and growth roadmaps Qualifications/Requirements 5–10 years of experience as a startup founder, venture builder, product strategist, or accelerator lead Track record in building or scaling tech-enabled startups from 0 to 1 (MVP, traction, fundraising) Deep understanding of venture mechanics, startup metrics, and founder journeys Highly analytical and creative thinker with strong ...
