About the Role This is a remote contract role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ICS Outsourcing Nigeria Limited. The role responsibilities include managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, developing impactful employer branding strategies, sourcing and hiring top talent, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs. The position requires ensuring a seamless candidate experience while contributing to the long-term talent acquisition strategies of the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-life cycle recruiting process Develop impactful employer branding strategies Source and hire top talent Conduct interviews Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs Ensure a seamless candidate experience Contribute to long-term talent acquisition strategies Qualifications/Requirements Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes Strong abilities in Employer Branding and fostering a positive candidate experience Experience with Interviewing and Recruiting strategies Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and industry trends Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a remote environment Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in a similar role within recruitment or staffing firms is a plus
