We design, manufacture, and sell premium ergonomic rollators and wheelchairs — durable medical equipment that combines revolutionary ergonomic design with modern aesthetics. We already work with 300+ dealers and 12 sales reps across the U.S. Now we’re looking for a sharp, tech-savvy relationship builder to lead the next phase of our growth. Location: Remote, Eastern Time Zone (USA) · Start Date: October 1, 2025 Why this role—and why now? A completely new Strongback product line ships in November 2025, right after you join. You’ll earn commission on all existing sales plus the surge from the launch. Meaning your first-year earnings can climb well past the target. Dealer interest is already high; you’ll step in with warm leads and a proven free-sample program, not a blank slate. Key Responsibilities Plan & deliver growth Own quarterly sales forecasts and revenue planning Analyze year-over-year trends and turn numbers into actionable strategy Coach & scale the rep network Support and coach 12 independent reps Run rep performance reviews by territory Recruit high-potential reps or agencies for white-space regions Expand and support dealer accounts Open new direct accounts in both rep and non-rep territories Onboard new dealers with clear, streamlined handovers Streamline sales operations Collaborate with Customer Success and Ops to improve workflows Temporarily support order processing (interim only — until team scales) Own sales data integrity Maintain clean, complete, and insightful CRM data in HubSpot Monitor rep performance, deal velocity, and pipeline health Qualifications/Requirements Experience: 3–4 years of B2B sales to dealers, distributors, or reps (ideally DME/medical devices/technical products) Coaching: Have coached others or led partners through onboarding, enablement, or QBRs Tools: Love using tools (HubSpot, Excel, AI) to work smarter and drive decisions Attributes: Are resilient, proactive, and thrive in remote work with high autonomy Location: Based in Virginia or another Eastern Time zone and authorized to work in the U.S. Benefits Compensation: $54,000 base + uncapped commission (target ≈ $26,000 on today’s run rate) Product launch in Nov 2025 means realistic six-figure upside 3 weeks paid vacation + 2 weeks sick leave + U.S. public holidays Fully remote with flexible hours (some overlap required for team calls) Company laptop and headset provided — ready on day one We don’t micromanage.
