We are looking for experienced and self-driven Telesales Representatives to join our growing team! About Us: Greylock Resources is a fast-growing contact center based in Vancouver, Canada. We handle lead scrubbing and several campaigns, mainly in travel and medical. Responsibilities: - Contact potential customers directly by phone to present our products or services - Direct prospects and leads to the sales supervisor - Generate sales and achieve your monthly quota Qualifications: - Must have at least 2 years call center experience - Previous sales experience in a BPO industry is strongly preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Can work under minimal supervision - Ability and willingness to undergo training - Well-organized and self-motivated Technical Requirements: - Must have at least 5 mbps reliable wired internet connection - Reliable laptop or desktop computer with at least 4GB RAM - Back up internet connection and computer is a plus - Must have a USB headset for VOIP calling with noise canceling feature - A quiet working environment Rate and Working Hours: - P20,000-30,000 per month basic salary + big commission - PST work hours - 6.5 hours per day only Why work with us? - Greylock Resources treats employees as family and promote an open line of communication - Get paid every week, and it’s never late! - Great performance-based commission and referral bonus - Daily incentive and contests - Permanent weekends off Join our team today!
