About the Role This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Executive at UrbanRoof Pvt. Ltd., a leading service provider specializing in the waterproofing, repair, and rehabilitation of buildings and constructions across Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and effectively presenting services to convert leads into sales. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer support and ensuring smooth communication to address customer queries or concerns. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads Engage with potential customers Effectively present services to convert leads into sales Provide excellent customer support Ensure smooth communication to address customer queries or concerns Qualifications/Requirements Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build strong relationships Experience in Lead Generation and Sales to drive business growth Customer Support expertise to assist and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote role Prior experience in telesales or the building/construction industry is a plus Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
