Position Overview: As a Telemarketing Representative at ICPG, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, as you engage with potential clients to address their financial concerns and provide tailored solutions within our debt relief program. This role requires a combination of empathy, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to establishing meaningful interactions with prospective clients. This is a contract position through the freelancing platform "Golance" to guarantee permanent remote work and payment protection. Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients over the phone using automated dialer software to discuss their financial situation and find out more about their debt. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and emotional intelligence to establish rapport and build trust with clients. Take charge of conversations, guiding clients through the debt settlement process, and addressing any concerns or objections. Inspire and motivate clients to take positive steps towards achieving financial freedom. Maintain a professional and service-oriented demeanor at all times. Meet or exceed daily call volume targets while ensuring high-quality and meaningful interactions. Requirements: Strong computer literacy with proficiency in navigating various software applications. (Previous experience using Microsoft Office Suite, automated dialers, and/or Microsoft Teams is desirable.) Availability to work during US hours, specifically Pacific Standard Time (PST), for 40 hours per week. Access to a reliable computer, high-speed WIRED internet connection, and a USB headset. (A network test will be performed during the interview process.) Basic knowledge of financial concepts and debt resolution processes is desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to excel in a high-volume call environment, effectively managing multiple conversations.
