We are seeking a resilient and proactive individual who can work independently in a remote work setting. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach suitable candidates based on identified needs; Conduct interviews and prepare a shortlist of candidates for submission to our clients; Build and maintain pipeline of candidates to meet current and future project demands; Create and publish job advertisements to attract qualified professionals; Negotiate rates within project-specific budgets, ensuring transparency and compliance with all relevant regulations; Provide feedback to candidates regarding the outcomes of recruitment processes; Assist in building and refining internal processes, including sourcing, training, and other resources. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Information Technology, Marketing, or related; +2 years of experience in recruiting for tech-related roles; Resilience, proactivity, and a results-driven mindset; Interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship building and candidate engagement; Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and tools such as LinkedIn, Google X-Ray, and GitHub; Advanced English proficiency.
