About the Role Radity is a global software engineering company with 80+ team members across multiple countries. We build high-quality digital products for international clients, with a strong focus on technology, delivery excellence, and scalable operations. We are looking for a Senior HR Manager who will take ownership of HR operations and international tech recruitment. This role is intended to grow into the Head of HR position. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. Manage HR operations across a globally distributed team. Oversee onboarding, offboarding, contractor management, and documentation. Establish and maintain core HR processes, policies, and compliance frameworks. Drive employee engagement, performance practices, and communication workflows. Support workforce planning and collaborate closely with leadership. Manage HR tools, reporting, and data accuracy. Coordinate with external partners when needed. Qualifications/Requirements Senior-level HR professional with strong international recruitment experience. Proven experience hiring for tech roles in multiple regions. Strong process orientation and ability to build and scale HR structures. Excellent English at bilingual level (written and spoken). Comfortable working in a remote-first, distributed company. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Analytical mindset, organized, reliable, and able to handle confidential information. Previous experience in fast-growing software companies is a strong advantage.
