Job Profile Supports one or more strategic initiatives to understand, analyze, develop and recommend strategy and planning solutions. Defines the business problem, identifies issues and prepares a planned approach for one or more initiatives. Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned initiatives. Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives. Works with more senior team members to develop and deliver presentations. Collaborates with the line of business to implement recommended solutions. Job Specific Competencies Planning: Tactical, Strategic - Basic Experience Ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan. Business Process Design - Basic Experience Knowledge of business process design techniques that encourage a critical, fresh look at key processes and focus on optimizing organizational performance; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
