YOUR Why Our client is looking for a driven, adaptable Sales professional ready to grow and make an impact. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in sales strategy, team support, and client relationship building, with a hunger to learn and lead in a fast-paced environment. Our client is seeking a professional with a solid grasp of B2B sales processes and performance metrics, and a proactive mindset when it comes to hitting targets and driving business forward. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategic sales and marketing approach to secure new and additional business. Identify and develop relationships with key leaders in the legal community. Systematically outreach to prospective clients and targets that are identified through various channels, resulting in the generation of profitable business. Regularly attend and promote our client at trial lawyer events and seminars. Actively manage all leads using Salesforce to qualify prospects and guide them through the sales process. Manage sales data acquired through sales efforts using Salesforce. Under guidance from team leadership, help attorneys understand the value of our client’s services to drive case referrals. Meet or exceed all sales goals set by the Leadership Team. Qualifications/Requirements 2+ years of B2B sales experience , preferably selling services, with a track record of hitting quotas, new business development, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Knowledge of various B2B sales techniques, including cold phone calling, lead generation, and office visits. Legal services industry a plus. Proven history of sourcing new clients. Experience using Salesforce or other CRM for documenting sales activities, tracking leads, etc. is strongly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with demonstrated ability to use Excel filters and mail merge functions, and independently build presentation content and slides for clients. Strong communication, speaking, and writing skills. Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience. Willingness and ability to travel 35% of the time, with flexibility for periods requiring up to 50% travel, based on business needs. Benefits Location: Remote position - must be based in the Northern California area due to market opportunity - requires 35-50% travel, as well as some night/weekend events. Compensation: $80k - $90k per year + 10% commission No third parties: no C2C or sponsorship available
