We’re looking for someone to jump in alongside Michelle and help her maintain our growth rate. You’ll be responsible for learning our system for providing the best SEO and CRO service in the industry and acting as client advocate. This position is suitable for a seasoned/successful online marketing professional or an intern with strong background in Google Analytics. If you have Google Analytics Experience the rest can be taught. Eventually you’ll be helping with Proposal Creation, SEO Keyword Research, Analyse SEO/CRO data and make recommendations and assign website edits to our development team. We’re experiencing massive growth and need a unique, understanding multitasker. Please respond with a resume. Competencies/Skills/Responsibilities: • Passion for SEO and overall internet marketing • Ability to handle 20 clients monthly, by responding to emails, directing tasks to the Spartan team, monthly or weekly client strategy calls, • Ability to train other account managers after 6 months experience • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills with a keen eye for detail, requiring minimal supervision • Proactive and always looking for ways to take initiative and improve existing programs/processes • Must be a collaborative, cross-functional team player and comfortable partnering with a variety of teams from Development to Design to Content • Must exhibit superb people, verbal, and written communication skills in English with a high degree of comfort interpreting results and communicating insights effectively • Outstanding ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and resolve problems • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation • Advanced SEO knowledge including expertise in optimizing for Google and Bing • Advanced SEM knowledge • Knowledgeable about all technical aspects of SEO • Experience with popular SEO tools (Google, SEMRush, aHrefs) • Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources • Solid understanding of performance marketing, CRO, and online customer acquisition • In-depth experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console • Experience with keyword research/data mining tools and competitive analysis • SEO / PPC synergy – understanding and relationship management • High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Google Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, KPI platforms/Google Data Studio
