I currently have a Philippines call center that produces me Daily Solar Appointments In LA County Only. We pay $20USD per Appointment + $75USD Per Each Sale We Make. Each appointment they confirm is $20 and then whichever appointments we sell I also pay $75 on top of the $20. Everything is on google sheet so it's trackable. Out of every 15 appointments they set up we close like 5 and pay them a commission of $375 on 5 sales besides the $20. My sales guys close 1 out of 3 with the other center.
