Project overview
We are looking for a full-time, dedicated Account Manager who possesses a self-motivated drive for results. You will join a smart, decisive, and passionate team of relationship builders, who have a heart for the customer. Duties will include a range of tasks that include maintaining ongoing customer relationships, and implementing communication plans to the 250-300 customers you will be in charge of. This proactive position is responsible for driving the customer’s ongoing success and annual software license renewal. What you’ll do: Analyze customer spend patterns to determine type of customer engagement needed Send communications to customers at designated points on their renewal timeline Proactively engage with Zevez team as needed to solve problems on the fly Escalate customer issues as they arise Leverage our CRM tool (Pipedrive) for managing your software renewal pipeline, customer status, and communication Create on-demand reports and provide support to Customer Success team as needed What you’ll bring: Excellent English written and verbal skills Analytical skills to prioritize where your efforts will deliver the best results A proactive, intentional approach in handling customer communication and challenges Proven ability to work and succeed in a self-motivated, fast-paced environment Nice to have: Understanding of key accounting principles Current Tech Stack: Pipedrive Office365 Chartio Teams Freshdesk Zevez is a privately held tech company whose software, RewardWorks, integrates with many accounting systems to automate the process of identifying, paying and closing invoices by credit card.
