Social Media & Lead Generation Specialist About the Role We are looking for a Social Media & Lead Generation Specialist to help generate domestic solar leads by actively engaging with homeowners and individuals across social media platforms. This role requires a blend of social media marketing, direct engagement, relationship-building, and technical skills to create landing pages and integrate lead capture systems. Key Responsibilities ✅ Social Media Engagement & Outreach Actively engage with homeowners and individuals via Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Start and nurture conversations, build trust, and establish relationships. Encourage potential leads to share their details for follow-ups. ✅ Content Creation & Strategy Design compelling social media posts, images, and videos to educate and attract potential solar customers. Develop a content strategy focused on the benefits of solar energy for homeowners. Optimize posts for engagement, shares, and conversions. ✅ Lead Capture & Conversion Build landing pages for campaigns using tools like WordPress, ClickFunnels, Leadpages, or similar . Integrate landing pages with Google Sheets, CRM systems, and automated workflows for lead management. Track and analyze lead generation performance and optimize accordingly. Ideal Candidate ✔️ Strong experience in social media marketing & engagement strategies ✔️ Proven track record in lead generation through social media ✔️ Skilled in building landing pages and integrating them with Google Sheets/CRM systems ✔️ Creative thinker with strong content creation abilities ✔️ Ability to communicate effectively and build trust online ✔️ Knowledge of solar energy (preferred but not required) ✔️ Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision Tools & Platforms You Should Be Comfortable With ???? Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok (for direct engagement and content) ???? Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools ???? Google Sheets, Zapier, or CRM systems for lead management ???? Landing page builders (ClickFunnels, WordPress, Leadpages, etc.)
