Project overview

Looking for a medium level Technical Support specialist to support our internal employees by providing excellent IT customer support through answering phone calls, and resolving open tickets. Estimating between 20-25 hours each week, which will include phone calls and working through ticketing queue. Must be available to answer phones Monday through Friday, during typical business hours (8AM - 5PM) in the Eastern Time zone.
