About the Role The Contract Recruiter is a key partner in our client’s success. Collaborating closely with the ProLogic HR team, they will manage multiple searches across industries, from professional roles to high-volume skilled-trade positions. This role demands an experienced professional who can work independently, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and deliver high-quality candidates that align with client needs. This role is flexible, remote, and perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and thrives in a fast-paced, diverse recruiting environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with the ProLogic HR team to manage active searches. Write and refine compelling job postings. Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and creative channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate phone screens. Present qualified shortlists with notes/recommendations. Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, and follow-ups. Track activity and pipeline progress in our systems. Administer assessments and think creatively about skill and fit assessment. Qualifications/Requirements Recruiting Experience: 5+ years full-cycle recruiting, ideally across both professional and high-volume roles with an established personal network. Resourceful Sourcer: Proven ability to find and engage candidates beyond job postings. Strong Communicator: Polished, personable, and able to represent client brands well. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards. Flexible & Independent: Able to manage workload efficiently and pivot between very different types of roles.
