Good afternoon, I am seeking a full-time Community Engagement Specialist to help build and nurture our online community, primarily focusing on Twitter and Reddit. This role is crucial in promoting our website and fostering a vibrant, engaged community around our Chrome extension and related products. Your Role: As our Community Engagement Specialist, you will: • Build and grow our online presence on Twitter and Reddit by actively engaging with users, participating in relevant discussions, and sharing content that resonates with our target audience. • Develop and execute social media strategies that drive traffic to our website, increase brand awareness, and foster a sense of community around our products. • Monitor and respond to community feedback, questions, and discussions, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment. • Collaborate with our marketing team to create content that aligns with our brand voice and goals, including posts, threads, and campaigns that highlight the benefits of our Chrome extension and other offerings. • Track and analyze engagement metrics to continuously improve our approach and increase the impact of our community-building efforts.
