We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate is an energetic multitasker with strong prospecting abilities and the motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment. You will qualify leads, reach out to prospects via several communication channels (Phone, Chat, Email), and meet the company's weekly, monthly, and yearly outreach KPIs. This position focuses on the early stages of the sales process, working with hot and warm leads almost exclusively. Pay is hourly + commissions and bonuses. Responsibilities: ???????? Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting activities ???????? Develop and nurture relationships with potential customers in the early stages of the sales funnel ???????? Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and chat to schedule meetings with Account Executives ???????? Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points ???????? Provide brief product introductions (when needed - via Zoom) to generate interest ???????? Create compelling outreach messages tailored to different customer segments ???????? Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and meetings set ???????? Accurately maintain prospect information in our CRM system Position Requirements: ✔️ FLUENT English speaker (spoken and written) ✔️ 1-2 years of experience in B2B prospecting or lead generation ✔️ Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage prospects in meaningful conversations ✔️ Strong understanding of website building and e-commerce ✔️ Availability to work shifts during various working hours and days (We operate 24/7) ✔️ Highly motivated self-starter with resilience and persistence ✔️ Goal-driven and results-oriented with a hunter mentality ✔️ Creative approach to outreach strategies and messaging ✔️ Strong organizational skills with ability to manage a high volume of prospects ✔️ Experience with CRM software and sales engagement tools ✔️ Access to steady & reliable internet connection Advantages: ➕ Additional languages ➕ Prior knowledge of Website builder platforms (Wix, WordPress, SquareSpace, etc.) ➕ Knowledge of HTML and CSS ➕ Experience in SaaS or technology sales ➕ Familiarity with sales development methodologies
