Job Description : Currently, we are seeking, experienced, and self-motivated, sales representatives to join our team. Applicants must have prior experience in cold-calling, setting up appointments and in closing deals. All applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of significant experience selling products and services to enterprises. Essential Qualities : - Result-driven, self-motivated, and business-minded individual. - Highly-energetic, and motivated. - Must posses good communication skills and ability to differentiate your message to your audience. - Ability to work well with others with solid interpersonal skills. - Be able to work systematically and creatively at the same time. - Ability to handle customer situations in a polite, professional and timely manner Duties and Responsibilities : - To generate new leads by by attending networking events, making cold-calls, and cold-emails. - To influence and convince enterprises to partner with White Code Labs, and by providing relevant information and details about our services and solutions. - Determine potential clients needs and requirements, and be able to answer questions about our services and solutions. Job Compensation : Performance and result-based incentives. Sales commission and bonus.
