About the Role This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and managing client relationships, leading sales strategy initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities will include market analysis, preparing sales reports, collaborating with teams for business development, and mentoring sales associates to meet and exceed performance targets. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth and develop client relationships Lead sales strategy initiatives Identify new business opportunities Conduct market analysis and prepare sales reports Collaborate with teams for business development Mentor sales associates to meet and exceed performance targets Qualifications/Requirements Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strategic planning and market analysis skills Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Experience in B2B sales or similar roles (a plus)
