About the Role SkyVenn is looking for a driven, high-performing Salesforce Sales Representative to join our Canadian team. This is a quota-carrying role focused on selling Salesforce professional services to mid-market clients across North America. As a key member of our sales team, you’ll own the initial outreach and relationship building portion of the sales cycle. You’ll be hunting for new customers and speaking directly with decision-makers to showcase the value of SkyVenn’s consulting expertise. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem by effectively collaborating with AEs, aligning SkyVenn’s services with their customer needs, and driving joint go-to-market efforts. Leverage LinkedIn and Apollo to identify and engage high-potential prospects. Proactively engage new prospects through consistent communication, co-selling opportunities, event participation, and regular on-site or virtual touchpoints. Clearly articulate the value proposition of SkyVenn’s Salesforce consulting services, emphasizing ROI and business impact. Work in collaboration with the marketing team to plan and execute co-marketing initiatives that generate awareness, demand, and referrals from Salesforce stakeholders and clients. Develop personalized outreach strategies tailored to specific industries. Meet and exceed assigned targets for qualified referrals, partner-influenced opportunities, and closed-won deals. Maintain detailed tracking and analysis of engagement, referral outcomes, and sales performance to continuously refine approach and drive efficiency. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts and partner with the delivery and sales teams to maximize account value. Qualifications/Requirements 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role , ideally selling SaaS or professional services. Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem , with at least 2+ years of direct experience selling Salesforce-related services or products. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
