Project overview
Expanding Real Estate Investment Company looking for VA with experience in all facets of Lead Generation (cold calling, SMS, RVM, direct mail, SMM, etc.) and Lead Conversion (sales skills, follow up, making offers). Should be familiar with pulling lists, skip tracing, categorizing data, updating CRM and overall running campaigns. Must have: system/program knowledge, reliable internet, dependable computer(s), dedicated work space, great spoken/written English skills and ability to multi-task. Must be able to work: independently, within a team, lead a team and take on special assignments. This is a home based work position. Must be able to work PST hours.
