ReSource is a commerce network for businesses & freelancers launched in 2021..Your job will be to sell health and wellness benefits to triple-bottom-line businesses who provide essential goods and services to each other. This includes organic local food delivery companies, preventative healthcare providers, nutrition and supplement companies, childcare providers, retreat and workcation venues, etc. Most small businesses cite labor shortage and employee retention as their #1 or #2 problem in addition to gaining more customers. ReSource is a solution to both of these problems. Join us to increase prosperity for SMBs globally by helping them retain employees with preventive health care and boosting their productivity, and by helping turn their products and services into a novel form of payment that increases sales, lowers operating costs, and optimizes inventory. ReSource is a hybrid crypto and credit company, supported by prominent investors and partners in the fintech and cryptocurrency space, who are poised to bring blockchain technology to main street. The position includes vesting packages and sales bonuses. What you’ll do: Sell the ReSource benefits product to triple-bottom-line SME’s providing essential goods and services Work with our 4 person sales team to prospect build a pipeline to attract new businesses to our platform Engage potential and existing businesses on phone, email and in person Communicate the value of ReSource’s benefits program to businesses with a consultative approach Analyze and identify the pain points of these companies, and design sales scripts and materials that address those pain points Manage relationships with business members to identify their needs and source said needs as trades Participate in our vibrant, fast moving startup to communicate feature requests, bugs and overall customer feedback Opportunity to expand and grow our markets in additional regions What you’ll need Proven achievement in a performance-based sales role in SMB benefits and/or health and wellness space, with an emphasis on consultative sales approach and customer follow up Existing relationships in the health and wellness and/or triple-bottom-line space Prior experience in using CRM software to manage sales flows Have an ability to deal with ambiguity and the ability to think outside the box to drive a comprehensive solution Exemplary sales writing skills & oral communication abilities Experience multi-tasking work with attention to detail Strong negotiation and relationship building skills Experience working with startups in a fast paced environment Preferably knowledge in healthcare, health education, health promotion and preventative health lifestyle People-Lover and passionate about social impact entrepreneurship and small businesses Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and/or a Professional Sales Certificate
Americas time zone This position can be fulfilled remotely with options to focus on new regions as we expand.Currently we have markets in Asheville, NC and San Francisco Bay Area.
