Project overview
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. This job is working as an independent contractor from the comfort of your own home. This is a customer-focused role, taking incoming customer service calls using an online platform assisting customers. After training, agents can choose to sign up for any available hours, with a minimum of 15 hours a week. Agents will need access to a computer or laptop that runs windows ten, a room available where you can close the door, and a landline with phone and headset. salary $28.98 per hour Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
