About the Role Nanobag is on a mission to make the most practical reusable bags in the world. We combine high quality materials and good design with purpose by planting one tree for every bag sold. We’re seeking a data-driven CRO Specialist to take ownership of website and ad funnel optimization across platforms like Shopify, Meta Ads, and TikTok Shop. Your primary goal will be to increase conversions, reduce friction, and scale revenue by designing and executing high-impact experiments rooted in data and customer insights. Key Responsibilities Audit and optimize key conversion funnels across our Shopify store, landing pages, and ad creatives. Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Shopify reports to identify drop-off points and opportunities for A/B testing. Design and run A/B and multivariate tests using platforms like Shoplift. Collaborate with design, dev, and marketing to implement CRO experiments and analyze results. Interpret user behavior from heatmaps, clickmaps, and session recordings to drive decisions. Continuously refine offers, bundles, upsells, and checkout UX for better performance. Support split testing in paid media funnels (Meta/TikTok) in coordination with media buyers. Build dashboards and present actionable insights to the growth and product teams.
