About the Role This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter in our Cold Calling Company. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for outbound sales and cold calling roles. Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate communication skills, sales aptitude, and English fluency. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing hiring needs. Manage job postings across platforms like Workana, Indeed LATAM, LinkedIn, etc. Collaborate with the operations team to understand hiring requirements and optimize the funnel. Maintain records in our ATS (or help us build a better one!).
