Project overview
We are looking for a recruiter to 1) source lists of candidates in linkedIn Recruiter and submit those to us for review (there's usually some refinement and back-and-forth here). 2) contact candidates and set up 15-minute screening calls 3) make those screening calls and submit the best candidates to us for further evaluation We are a small recruiting firm specializing in recruiting executives (Director level -> C-level) for healthcare companies. Most of these companies are healthcare tech/data companies, not hospitals/pharma/device/payor, and we specialize in growth-stage companies, usually just past the startup phase and well-funded by VC or PE firms. We need a recruiter who understands the business of (US) healthcare and its many moving parts. For example, we may be looking for a VP of Sales who has sold Managed Care services. (Therefore, a VP of Sales with mostly Pharma or Device sales wouldn't do). The roles we recruit for are complex and nuanced. Often research is involved, like searching for companies in the market that fit the kind of experience the client wants, then doing searches for executives specifically at those companies. For example, you might research "Who are the major BPO providers for Payors in the US that also do clinical or managed care services? Find me a CMO from one of those companies. The candidates for this position must be will to do both the sourcing and the screening calls. You'll need to be comfortable talking to senior executives and getting the screening calls done in 15-20 minutes each.
