Real Estate Investing Mojo Dialer Cold Caller We are looking for someone to make cold calls 10-15 hours per week between the hours of 8am-10am (CST) Monday through Friday. Considered applicants will need to understand the difference between a traditional Real Estate Agent call and a Real Estate Investor call. Applicants will also need to be versed in second effort selling. This is not a position for someone who wants to quickly move through multiple calls until someone says yes. Being verbally understandable to US prospects, calm and confident on the phone is a must. Preference will be given to callers who are familiar with mojo dialer and REI Blackbook CRM use. Scripts will be provided. Experience necessary in making cold calls in real estate investing-- particularly in probate, pre-foreclosures, evictions, divorce, and absentee owners. Candidates will need to have a computer with internet and a telephone option that can connect into our Mojo dialer with good sound quality. Callers will be responsible for, but not limited to, setting appointments in google calendar, updating the CRM and Mojo Dialer with notes from the call, assigning follow up tasks in the CRM and Mojo Dialer, sending emails with documents to potential clients, removing do not call names from all related tools and following multistep checklists regarding our processes. Pay rate is hourly with the possibility of bonus for closed transactions from your appointment setting. There will be quotas for number of call back task, appointments set and for calls made. We are also looking for someone who will help improve processes once fully onboarded as well as act in a moral and ethical manner within our internal team and to the folks we reach out to.
