Essential Responsibilities Write a variety of content including news releases, web copy, social media copy, blog articles and by-lined articles Pitch news stories to media and news publications Coordinate interviews and required deliverables for media relations efforts Advise clients on social media efforts and strategy Contribute to client’s business model and develop PR campaigns that contribute towards client’s business goals Coordinate the efforts of agency consultants to ensure all deliverables to clients are met Must be located in the Las Vegas Valley and have own reliable transportation. Experience 3-5 years public relations or related experience Proven track record of successfully pitching stories with Las Vegas area media outlets Social media experience helpful but not required Education Minimum BA degree in public relations, journalism or related field
