Responsibilities · Responsible for the onboarding and on-the-job training of the proofreader agents within the program online, including student progress monitoring for the duration of the training, providing coaching and developmental feedback, and readiness recommendations · Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills based on our training methods and techniques · Prepare training materials, examples, and role-play scenarios that then will be used to train the proofreader agents. · Accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics. · Accountable for ensuring that trainees achieve the desired outcomes. · Maintain relevant product knowledge for each account by taking calls, attending client and cross-functional meetings (as needed), and doing side-by-side observations. · Ensure effective, consistent communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups, including day-to-day informal interaction with clients. · Measure the effectiveness of training programs using specific scorecards. · Participate and contribute to a continuous learning culture by maintaining engagement in change management, product and service releases, policies, processes, and procedures. · Prepares new proofreader representatives by conducting orientation to the process, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and schedules orientation drive-along with senior representatives. · Conducts exercise sessions for new and current proofreader employees. · Observes proofreader encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions. Qualifications ● Any bachelor's degree and a track record of proofreader training experience ● Excellent command of the English Language ● Proven experience in training methodologies, and soft skills (communication skills, critical thinking, time management, team building, etc.) ● Training experience in a High-performance environment is an asset ● Online training skills are an asset ● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal ● Demonstrated ability to meet timelines on deliverable ● Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure ● Strong attention to detail ● Sense of professionalism and ability to develop good relationships
