About the Role This position is for a Programs & Business Operations Lead, responsible for leading high-growth businesses and aligning functional teams. The role involves setting up and running new programs and processes to build and scale new businesses effectively. Experience in digital marketplaces, travel, scaling startups, and/or management consulting is a plus. Key Responsibilities Analytical & Strategic Skills: Utilize strong analytical abilities and a deep understanding of market dynamics to distill complex information into clear business strategies. Communication & Leadership: Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, with exceptional communication skills. Cross-functional Collaboration: Drive collaboration across diverse teams, fostering transparency, accountability, and a unified vision. Adaptability & Innovation: Navigate ambiguity and work independently to execute complex programs, with a strategic mindset and passion for innovation and new product development. Business Operations: Lead strategic and tactical execution within a large organization, advising management on complex projects or issues. Process Improvement: Self-learn and develop tools to enhance processes, interpret business risks, and recommend best practices. Community Engagement: Work closely with the Airbnb community, demonstrating Airbnb’s core values and fostering a sense of belonging. Qualifications/Requirements 8+ years of experience leading high-growth businesses. Proven track record in setting up and running new programs and processes. Experience in digital marketplaces, travel, scaling startups, and/or management consulting is a plus.
