About the Role MissPoppins is transforming the art of parenting by providing real-time, personalized support—instantly connecting families with expert coaches for every stage of parenthood. Our platform handles the logistics—payments, scheduling, profile visibility, client matching—so you can focus on what you do best: strengthening partnerships and helping couples navigate parenting together. From automated onboarding to seamless client management, MissPoppins empowers you with the tools, technology, and support to grow your practice without burnout. Key Responsibilities Lead virtual one-on-one sessions with partners to assess relationship dynamics and parenting goals Develop customized action plans for effective communication, conflict resolution, and equitable division of caregiving tasks Teach co-parenting strategies: scheduling, decision-making frameworks, and boundary setting Support couples through major transitions (pregnancy, postpartum, return-to-work, blended families) Host live & on-demand webinars on topics like “Maintaining Connection After Baby” and “Teamwork in Parenting” Provide follow-up coaching and resources, adjusting plans based on feedback and progress Document session notes, milestones, and next steps in your MissPoppins coach portal Qualifications/Requirements Hold certification or training in relationship coaching, couples therapy, family systems, or equivalent Have hands-on experience supporting couples in life-transition contexts (perinatal, co-parenting, blended families) Are trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and skilled at facilitating honest, compassionate dialogue Embrace technology and value flexibility as an independent contractor Want to focus on relationship-building outcomes—without the admin, marketing, and billing overhead Benefits Set Your Own Schedule & Availability Seamless Payments—we handle billing so you get paid on time Platform Visibility—families find and book you via our app and website Care-Centered Community—collaborate with mission-driven providers Transparent Pricing—no hidden fees; many services are FSA/HSA eligible Burnout-Proof—focus on delivering results, not paperwork MissPoppins is insurance-free—no deductibles or surprise bills for clients.
