About the Role This position is for an experienced Oracle HCM consultant. The role is fully remote and involves a long-term contract of 24+ months. The consultant will work with various Oracle HCM modules and integrations. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud. Work with Core HR and multiple modules such as Benefits, Absence, and Payroll. Develop and manage Fast Formula, HCM extracts, and BI publisher reports. Qualifications/Requirements Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Knowledge of Core HR and multiple modules including Benefits, Absence, and Payroll. Experience with Fast Formula, HCM extracts, and BI publisher reports. Experience with UKG integration is a great plus .
