Hello, We're looking for a Facebook & CS supporter to take care of our mobile gamers. Job description - Maintain a high level of knowledge in the designated games. - Posting content in English on Facebook by following the direction and assets given. (Native English writing level required) - Assist Facebook/Google moderation and Customer Support based on the information given. - Reporting the situation daily/weekly using the form we will provide. (usually, it takes less than 30 minutes to fill the reports) We will need a person who can work with us between 12:00 to 15:00 GMT+2 each day during the weekday for the agreed periods. We hope you have enough experience on mobile game genre. As this is essential to understanding some of the terminology used in our game, as well as situational cases of game operation.
