Project overview
We are a medical management company which is growing quickly and looking for good individuals to work for our company as we grow to provide support and services for our clients as well as ourselves. The consultant that we are looking for would work in the following areas as a minimum and MUST be U.S. based. Revenue Cycle Management Consultant -able to work independently -have hospital revenue cycle experience -medical practice revenue cycle experience -experience in a broad range of specialties
-able to develop KPI's and metrics for clients
-preferable experience working with offshore teams. You would work closely with offshore teams to ensure that KPI's are met for clients as well as support the proper processes and procedures to ensure efficient operation. -ability to travel if needed. -wanting to continuously learn and add to your skill set. -be a team player willing to jump in where needed. -if you are truly the RCM person that we are looking for you will add to this list when we speak. Anywhere - Remote work This position requires a holistic approach to practice, an ability to teach and help clients understand their revenue cycle. Our job is to help them along the process as we manage these processes for them. We are a small team that works closely together and an outgoing personality, and a true data geek as it relates to RCM is preferred. We are also very entrepreneurial developing service lines to needs that are exposed. We work with startups and as such try to be very agile. This position will challenge, and stretch you. But if you are wanting to be exposed to new things, creative in your own right, continuously seeking to learn and educate yourself this could be a great position for you.
