About the Role As a Sales Executive (Work‐From‐Home but 9 to 6), you will nurture and convert leads generated by AI-driven cold email campaigns and AI cold-bot calls and your own generated leads. Success means rapidly moving warm leads through discovery, demo, and close, ultimately driving media sales revenue and qualifying for a leadership track. Although it is work from home you would be expected to work regular working hours. Key Responsibilities Drive and develop media sales revenue from AI-sourced leads Build, maintain, and manage relationships with marketing professionals at both client and agency levels Develop and manage a robust pipeline; forecast new-business closure rates and booked revenue accurately Begin as an individual contributor; strong performers will expand into team leadership roles Qualifications/Requirements Fully remote; no market or field visits required 4–6 years of outbound B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets Demonstrable senior-level negotiation and relationship-building skills Autonomous self-starter who thrives working alone yet collaborates effectively with a team Must have a working laptop and broadband at home Must be willing to work full time from home and should not be looking for part time work Benefits Fixed Annual salary: ₹5 Lacs per annum maximum (100% Remote role) Industry-leading incentives tied to performance ESOPs, health insurance, and life insurance Paid maternity, paternity, and marriage leave Note: We will be taking an online test to check AI aptitude and hope that you are OK with it.
