Project overview
The Market Research Analyst will be assigned to an Account Executive to support multiple clients. This requires the person to have a high degree of organizational skills, to balance multiple competing deadlines and engage with the MRA Manager and Leads to ensure execution of all deliverables. The MRA will support the Account Executive in business development, contracts (Statements of Work), new client pitch calls, invoicing (acquiring Purchase Orders) and quarterly business reviews. Essential Job Functions Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Ability to analyze data into actionable insights to increase client’s sales and improve strategy Ability to read, analyze, write and interpret business reports for internal/external use Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, leadership and our team Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management or supply chain Multilingual preferred 2+ years of marketing experience in a Channel Sales, fast – moving, client facing environment Strong analytical and quantitative skills to drive campaign sales and strategy Demonstrated ability to operate in a high-energy, fast – paced environment High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing deadlines simultaneously What you’ll be doing on a daily basis Develop and design client strategy through customer behavior, metrics and hard-data Communicate and execute on client requests via email and calls Build and optimize advertising campaigns to drive client sales and build brand awareness Analyze campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights Actively monitor campaign spend and action on solutions Problem solving ad hoc tasks and unexpected situations Develop and review reporting documents to ensure timely delivery to clients Design insights and action items, prepare and present reports on analytics Ensure execution of client strategies, build presentations Manage multiple clients, supporting daily communication Provide support through campaign optimization and validation of budgets/pacing
