About the Role As the Marketing Director, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and optimizing our inbound marketing efforts. You will be responsible for leading and managing a global paid/influencer/content marketing team, overseeing lead generation, and conversion. Your expertise in digital marketing, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making will be instrumental in scaling our business. Are you a creativeperson? We have a high-7-figure annual revenue and a remote team of over 200 professionals, and we are now looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Director to take our marketing efforts to the next level. Key Responsibilities Revenue Growth & Marketing Strategy Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive high-quality lead growth. Optimize and scale landing pages to maximize lead conversion. Identify high-performing marketing campaigns and scale them effectively. Oversee paid media, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and influencer partnerships. Leverage satisfied customers to drive referral-based growth. Blow up the internet with good links, great content, etc., all getting us to rank higher. Oversee structured snippets implementation. Team Leadership & Execution Lead and manage an international marketing team. Conduct weekly team meetings to review performance, challenges, and opportunities. Provide mentorship, training, and coaching to ensure high team performance. Work closely with tech and product teams to optimize user experience and tracking. Data-Driven Decision Making Track and analyze key marketing metrics to optimize ROI. Conduct funnel analysis to identify areas for improvement. Continuously test and improve offers, pricing, and promotions. Relationship Management Collaborate with internal departments to enhance workflows and compliance. Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Implement strategies to maintain an upward trend in customer satisfaction (CSAT). Qualifications/Requirements Proven experience in digital marketing and direct response marketing. Strong understanding of marketing psychology and high-converting copywriting. Ability to analyze data, forecast revenue, and optimize ad spend. Experience managing and scaling remote, international teams. Proficiency in CRM, automation, and advertising tools. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
