Project overview
The Marketing Coordinator will help with executing and developing strategic marketing plan of Digital Seattle. This person must maintain a prompt schedule, a polite professional demeanor, and provide excellent client service. The Marketing Coordinator will be an “outside the box” thinker and problem solver, will work well independently. He/she will be persistent in following up with staff and third parties to generate a culture of excellence and responsiveness. This individual is upbeat, considers her/himself to be a creative thinker, a self-proclaimed “perfectionist” with high-attention to detail, computer savvy, and one who welcomes constructive feedback as a tool for growth. Roles & Responsibilities: Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Coordinates various marketing fulfillment duties and systems including direct mail, packages, letters, catalogs, and another sales literature. Contact leads, keep CRM up-to-date, advise CEO of appointments, and support CEO in activities relating to appointments with leads. Meet with CEO at least once a week to review assignments and discuss new topics and assignments. Work with the Service Manager to ensure that all content and initiatives support the organization’s goals align with the service department’s ability to deliver on what it being marketed.
