About the Role The Marketing Cloud Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform functionality. This role involves developing and implementing multichannel marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies. The position is remote and requires troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the platform. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform functionality. Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns. Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the platform. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred. Proven experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Q Level Clearance with the Department of Energy. Desirable Skills Proficiency in tools like Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
