Job Type: 40 hours per week About Us: We are a dynamic and growing organization seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Database Management Professional to support our sales team. If you are a HubSpot and ZoomInfo expert with a passion for driving sales efficiency through automation, workflows, and data management, we want to hear from you! Position Overview: The Marketing and Database Management Professional will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing teams by developing and managing email marketing automations, workflows, and sequences in HubSpot . This individual will also ensure that our sales representatives have accurate, well-organized, and up-to-date contact and company databases by managing records in both HubSpot and ZoomInfo . Key Responsibilities: HubSpot Marketing & Automation: Develop and manage marketing email automations, workflows, and sequences to enhance lead generation and customer engagement. Sales Support: Assist the sales team by ensuring their contact and company lists are properly organized, updated, and synced with their autodialer. Database Management: Oversee and maintain data integrity in HubSpot and ZoomInfo , ensuring accurate and relevant contacts are being utilized by sales reps. ZoomInfo Integration: Manage ZoomInfo workflows to automatically pull in the right contacts and ensure data flows seamlessly into HubSpot. Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing automation performance, ensuring workflows and sequences drive the desired results. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align database management with business objectives. Qualifications & Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Marketing, and ZoomInfo is required. Experience in building email automations, workflows, and sequences in HubSpot. Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and how database management supports revenue growth. Ability to organize, maintain, and clean large contact and company lists to maximize efficiency for sales reps. Experience in automating and managing data workflows between ZoomInfo and HubSpot. Excellent attention to detail and data integrity. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a B2B sales environment . Familiarity with autodialer integration and database hygiene best practices.
