About the Role We’re looking for a self-driven Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead our outreach, brand growth, and client acquisition efforts. This is an individual contributor role where you’ll work independently, drive measurable outcomes, and help us scale. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and generate inbound leads. Identify, connect, and nurture relationships with potential clients in India, the UK, and the US. Manage Bytelabs’ online presence — LinkedIn, website, and other digital channels. Collaborate with leadership on marketing content such as posts, newsletters, and case studies. Build and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM and marketing tools. Track marketing performance, analyze data, and report outcomes regularly. Qualifications/Requirements 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, client acquisition, or sales (preferably in IT services or consulting). Excellent communication and networking skills. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Passionate about results, growth, and building things from the ground up. Familiar with digital marketing and CRM tools.
