Project overview
The Market Research Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling, day-to-day follow up on projects, taking and returning mystery shoppers’ calls and email messages, looking for new mystery shoppers, exception payments, and quality checks. Candidates must have good problem-solving skills as well as a strong ability to multitask. This is an hourly position with a rate from $14/hour to $16/hour based on experience. In this role you will: Scheduling all assigned projects, including: initially scheduling shoppers when the project begins (either over the phone or through email), finding replacements for shoppers who are unable to complete a specific project, and making cold calls to fill a specific location if needed. The Sr. Field Director will provide the Field Director with guidance on how to schedule shops. It is the Field Director’s responsibility to communicate with the Sr. Field Director on a daily basis about the scheduling status. All shops need to be completed based on their set schedule given to the Field Director by the Sr. Field Director On a daily basis, checking all active projects for the month when he or she comes into the office Answering shoppers’ important questions via calls and messages about their shops daily Receive daily phone calls from mystery shoppers concerning projects to help the shoppers’ schedule and accept shops, help them log into the mystery shop website, sign them up as Informa mystery shoppers, and answer other questions that pertain to the mystery shop Continue to expand Informa’s mystery shopping database and find new shoppers through Shadow Shopper and other mystery shopper websites. When all other shops have been scheduled, cold calls should be made to local churches, community centers, colleges, etc. in problematic areas, which will help expand the database. Cold calling and looking for ways to expand Informa’s database should be a continued effort Fill out all of the exception payment forms on a weekly basis and returning the form to the Field Director for approval every week Quality check the shops each afternoon that pertain to their projects. In the quality checking process, the Field Director should be checking the completed shops for consistency, shopper fraud (such as living in another state), JFD resolutions, and repetition (giving the same answers) Key tasks: Scheduling all shops on a monthly basis and ensuring that the shops are completed on time, by the deadline given by the Sr. Field or Project Director Daily email updates emailed to the Project Director and Sr. Field Director at the end of each work day, including the following information: What shops were scheduled during the work day What shops are left to be scheduled What projects are completed Being a team player and assisting other team members if requested to do so by the Project Director Punctuality and keeping the Project Director and Sr. Field Director updated on all projects by communicating and working closely with all members of the team
