About the Role Are you detail oriented, reliable, and passionate about maintaining security and reducing losses? We’re looking for a Loss Prevention Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying potential losses, reviewing video and transaction data, and supporting day-to-day security operations. Key Responsibilities Meet daily performance goals while maintaining quality standards Demonstrate strong time management and accountability Complete assigned tasks promptly and accurately Maintain consistent attendance and reliability Audit and review video, audio, and POS data Prepare reports using video stills and written summaries Support investigations and perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Experience in investigating internal theft (preferred but not required) Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity High school graduate (or equivalent) Excellent communication skills — written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
